Change in Voice Mail

HealthNet is upgrading the Voice Mail system for phones that start with 273-XXXX (ONLY). This will result in your current Voice-Mailbox being replaced by a new one on Friday November 3rd at 5 PM.

You will need to do the following:

  • By Friday, November 3rd: Be sure that you make note of any important information in your saved messages. Any stored voice messages will go away November 3rd.
  • Beginning Saturday, November 4th (or the next time you access your voice-mailbox): You will need to enter a new password and record a new personal greeting.
